Thinly sliced potatoes, seasoned and air-fried to crispy perfection. A quick, healthier side dish or snack that’s endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes

  • 12 tsp olive oil or avocado oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • Optional: grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, or rosemary

Instructions

  • Wash and slice potatoes into 1/8-inch rounds.

  • Soak in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain and dry well.

  • Toss with oil and seasonings.

  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  • Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.

  • Cook 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.

  • Sprinkle with Parmesan or herbs and serve hot.
