Thinly sliced potatoes, seasoned and air-fried to crispy perfection. A quick, healthier side dish or snack that’s endlessly customizable.
2 medium Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes
1–2 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp paprika
Optional: grated Parmesan, fresh parsley, or rosemary
Wash and slice potatoes into 1/8-inch rounds.
Soak in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain and dry well.
Toss with oil and seasonings.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange in a single layer in air fryer basket.
Cook 10–14 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp.
Sprinkle with Parmesan or herbs and serve hot.
