Burrata Bruschetta features toasted bread topped with marinated cherry tomatoes, creamy burrata cheese, fresh basil, and balsamic glaze — a fresh and indulgent Italian-style appetizer.
1 loaf rustic bread (ciabatta or sourdough), sliced
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
2 balls burrata cheese
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic glaze
Fresh basil leaves
1 garlic clove (optional)
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Toss tomatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let sit 10–15 minutes.
Slice and brush bread with olive oil. Toast in pan or oven until golden. Rub with garlic if desired.
Tear burrata into pieces.
Top each toast with tomatoes, then burrata.
Drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil. Garnish with basil and flaky salt.
Serve immediately.
