A cheesy, creamy chicken and biscuit casserole featuring ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar. Perfect for comforting meals and make-ahead dinners.
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside.
Mix cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar, and most of the bacon.
Fold in biscuit pieces evenly.
Spread mixture in baking dish, top with extra bacon and cheese.
Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
