A cheesy, creamy chicken and biscuit casserole featuring ranch seasoning, bacon, and cheddar. Perfect for comforting meals and make-ahead dinners.

Ingredients

3 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup milk
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits, quartered
2 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • Cook bacon until crisp, crumble, and set aside.

  • Mix cream cheese, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.

  • Stir in shredded chicken, cheddar, and most of the bacon.

  • Fold in biscuit pieces evenly.

  • Spread mixture in baking dish, top with extra bacon and cheese.

  • Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
