1 lb boneless chicken (breast or thigh), diced
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup shredded cheddar (or pepper jack)
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: spinach, red onion, avocado, jalapeños
Season diced chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, 5–7 minutes.
In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden. Stir in parsley and return chicken to coat.
Warm tortillas. Fill each with chicken, cheeses, and optional toppings.
Roll tightly into wraps. Grill in a skillet or press until golden and crisp on both sides.
Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
