Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken (breast or thigh), diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar (or pepper jack)

  • 4 large flour tortillas

  • Optional: spinach, red onion, avocado, jalapeños

Instructions

  • Season diced chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil in skillet. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, 5–7 minutes.

  • In same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until golden. Stir in parsley and return chicken to coat.

  • Warm tortillas. Fill each with chicken, cheeses, and optional toppings.

  • Roll tightly into wraps. Grill in a skillet or press until golden and crisp on both sides.

  • Slice and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
