1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella, cheddar, or a blend
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried herbs
4 large flour tortillas
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add garlic and cook briefly until aromatic.
Add chicken, season, and cook until tender and fully done.
Lower heat, add cheese, and cover until melted.
Warm tortillas and fill with chicken mixture.
Roll tightly and warm briefly in a skillet if desired.
