This Cheesy Tuna Melt Wrap features a creamy tuna filling and sharp cheddar, all wrapped in a golden, pan-seared tortilla. A simple, satisfying lunch ready in minutes.
2 (5 oz) cans solid white tuna, drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 large flour tortillas
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, onion, celery, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Place half the cheese in the center of each tortilla, add tuna mixture, then top with remaining cheese.
Fold into burrito-style wraps.
Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
