This Cheesy Tuna Melt Wrap features a creamy tuna filling and sharp cheddar, all wrapped in a golden, pan-seared tortilla. A simple, satisfying lunch ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) cans solid white tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  • 2 large flour tortillas

  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Instructions

  • Mix tuna, mayo, mustard, onion, celery, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Place half the cheese in the center of each tortilla, add tuna mixture, then top with remaining cheese.

  • Fold into burrito-style wraps.

  • Heat butter or oil in a skillet. Toast wraps seam-side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.

  • Let sit briefly before cutting and serving.
