A crispy hash brown base topped with soft scrambled eggs, savory chicken sausage, sautéed vegetables, and melty cheese. A wholesome breakfast pizza perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

3 cups frozen shredded hash browns, thawed and drained
1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
4 cooked chicken sausage links, sliced
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk or milk alternative
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Optional: fresh herbs, hot sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a pan with parchment.

  • Spread and press hash browns into a 10–12 inch round crust. Drizzle with oil and season.

  • Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and firm.

  • Cook sausage slices in a pan until browned. Set aside.

  • Sauté peppers and onions until softened.

  • Whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Gently scramble until soft.

  • Spread eggs on crust, then add sausage and veggies. Top with cheese.

  • Bake for 8–10 more minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Cool briefly, slice, and serve.
