These easy air fryer chicken wraps feature seasoned chicken and gooey cheese wrapped in a crispy golden tortilla. Perfect for quick lunches or simple dinners.
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup shredded cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
4 large flour tortillas
4 tbsp ranch, chipotle mayo, or sour cream (optional)
2 tbsp chopped green onions, peppers, or bacon (optional)
Cooking spray or a light coating of oil
Mix chicken, cheese, and any optional extras in a bowl.
Warm tortillas for 20 seconds under a damp towel to soften.
Spoon about ⅔ cup of filling onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
Secure with a toothpick if needed and place seam-side down.
Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
Lightly spray each wrap with oil and air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway.
Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
