These Cool Ranch Dorito Chicken Tenders are crunchy, juicy, and bursting with flavor. Made with simple ingredients and bold chips, they’re perfect for snacks, dinners, or parties.
1.5 lbs boneless chicken tenders or sliced breasts
2 cups Cool Ranch Doritos, crushed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking spray or oil for frying
Preheat oven to 400°F if baking.
Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
Set up breading stations: one with flour and optional spices, one with eggs, and one with crushed Doritos.
Coat each chicken strip in flour, then egg, then press into Dorito crumbs.
For oven: Place on a wire rack, spray lightly, and bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping halfway.
