4 cups frozen corn kernels
8 ounces cream cheese, cubed
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Grease the crockpot lightly.
  • Add frozen corn evenly.
  • Scatter cream cheese cubes over the corn.
  • Add butter slices on top.
  • Pour heavy cream over mixture.
  • Sprinkle sugar, salt, and pepper.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
  • Stir halfway through cooking.
  • Stir again before serving for smooth texture.
  • Adjust with milk if needed.
