2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet taco seasoning
1 can (15 ounces) black beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
1 can (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes
1 cup salsa
4 ounces cream cheese (optional)
Lightly grease the crock pot.
Place chicken in an even layer and season with taco seasoning.
Add beans, corn, tomatoes, and salsa on top.
Cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours.
Shred the chicken and stir well.
