Creamy, tangy cream cheese filling topped with fresh strawberries in a buttery crust.

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
¼ cup granulated sugar
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream, chilled
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional, for glaze)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into 9-inch pie pan. Bake 8–10 minutes. Cool.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Whip heavy cream to soft peaks; fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread filling into crust. Arrange strawberries. Optional: brush with warmed jam.
  • Chill at least 4 hours. Slice and serve.
