1 pre-baked 9-inch pie crust, 1 quart fresh strawberries, 1 cup granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup water, 1 (3-ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin, 1 teaspoon lemon juice, whipped cream optional
1. Pre-bake crust until golden and cooled. 2. Hull and halve strawberries, sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar, let sit 10–15 minutes. 3. Cook remaining sugar, cornstarch, and water until thickened. 4.
