A warm, crusty loaf packed with creamy chicken, melty mozzarella, and flavorful garlic butter—perfect for dinner, game night, or a sharable snack.
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
1 large French or Italian bread loaf
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Melt butter, sauté garlic, stir in parsley. Reserve some for brushing.
In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup Parmesan, seasoning, and a spoonful of garlic butter.
Slice bread lengthwise and remove a bit of the interior.
Fill both halves with chicken mixture. Top with remaining cheeses.
Press bread halves together. Brush with reserved garlic butter and optional olive oil.
Wrap in foil. Bake 20 minutes.
Unwrap and bake another 8–10 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly before slicing.
