Crispy oven-roasted chicken thighs smothered in a sticky hot honey garlic glaze. Sweet, spicy, and full of flavor with juicy, tender meat inside.
6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
1/2 cup hot honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
Pat chicken dry and place skin-side up on the sheet.
Rub with oil and season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
Bake for 35–45 minutes until skin is crisp and internal temp is 175°F.
While baking, heat honey, garlic, soy sauce, and vinegar in a small saucepan. Simmer 3–5 minutes.
Brush the hot glaze over cooked chicken and let rest 5 minutes.
Serve warm with sides of your choice.
