A rich and creamy chicken casserole with a golden Ritz cracker topping. Perfect for potlucks, make-ahead dinners, or cozy family meals.

  • 34 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 23 green onions, chopped

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.

  • In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, green onions, and spices until well combined.

  • Spread into the prepared baking dish.

  • Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

  • Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
