A rich and creamy chicken casserole with a golden Ritz cracker topping. Perfect for potlucks, make-ahead dinners, or cozy family meals.
3–4 cups shredded cooked chicken
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
2–3 green onions, chopped
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
In a large bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, green onions, and spices until well combined.
Spread into the prepared baking dish.
Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
