A refreshing, no-bake pie featuring a creamy filling topped with fresh strawberries on a crunchy graham cracker crust.

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup granulated sugar
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar; press into a 9-inch pan and chill 30 minutes.
  • Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth; fold in whipped cream and vanilla; spread over crust.
  • Top with strawberries; brush with warmed jam if desired.
  • Chill 2 hours before serving.
