Golden-crisp wraps stuffed with juicy garlic chicken and creamy melted cheese—easy to make and even easier to devour.
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz cream cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, spinach, mushrooms
Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.
Add 2 tbsp butter and garlic. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in cream cheese until melted. Add mozzarella and mix until smooth and gooey.
Warm tortillas to make them soft and pliable.
Spoon filling onto tortillas, fold sides, and roll tightly.
Grill in a skillet with butter until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
Slice and serve warm.
