Golden-crisp wraps stuffed with juicy garlic chicken and creamy melted cheese—easy to make and even easier to devour.

Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
3 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 oz cream cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: red pepper flakes, spinach, mushrooms

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked.

  • Add 2 tbsp butter and garlic. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

  • Stir in cream cheese until melted. Add mozzarella and mix until smooth and gooey.

  • Warm tortillas to make them soft and pliable.

  • Spoon filling onto tortillas, fold sides, and roll tightly.

  • Grill in a skillet with butter until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.

  • Slice and serve warm.
