Creamy, cheesy slow cooker broccoli casserole that’s simple and comforting.

Ingredients

1 pound fresh broccoli florets
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted
Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces; thaw if frozen.
  • Combine cheeses, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Grease slow cooker; layer broccoli and pour cheese mixture over it.
  • Cook on low 2–3 hours until tender and bubbly.
  • Mix topping with melted butter.
  • Sprinkle topping over casserole; cook 15–20 minutes until golden.
  • Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
