A fun and comforting meal where toasted garlic bread bowls are filled with spaghetti and cheese, then baked to golden perfection.

For the bread bowls:

  • 4 small crusty bread rolls or boules

  • 1/3 cup butter, melted

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley or Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan, grated

For the spaghetti:

  • 8 oz dry spaghetti

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 cups marinara sauce

  • 1/2 lb ground meat or sausage (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan

  • Salt and pepper, to tast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Slice tops off rolls and remove centers to create bowls.

  • Combine butter, garlic, and herbs; brush on bread.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan inside and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss with olive oil.

  • Brown meat (if using), stir in marinara, and simmer.

  • Mix pasta with sauce and half the cheese.

  • Fill bowls with spaghetti, top with cheese, and bake 8–10 minutes.
