A creamy dessert featuring smooth cream cheese filling topped with fresh strawberries, perfect for any gathering

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup granulated sugar
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
2 tablespoons strawberry glaze (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie pan and bake 8–10 minutes. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing thoroughly.
  • Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold into cream cheese mixture.
  • Spread filling over cooled crust. Arrange strawberries on top and brush with glaze if desired. Chill 2–3 hours.
  • Slice and serve chilled.
