Strawberry Tiramisu is a creamy, fruit-forward Italian dessert with layers of mascarpone, fresh strawberries, and syrup-soaked ladyfingers, perfect for special occasions.

1 pound fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar, divided
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
8 ounces mascarpone cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
24 ladyfingers
Optional garnish: cocoa powder, white chocolate shavings, extra strawberry slices

Instructions

  • Macerate 3/4 of the strawberries with 2 tablespoons sugar and lemon juice for 15–20 minutes.
  • Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form; fold into mascarpone mixed with remaining sugar and vanilla.
  • Make strawberry syrup by simmering macerated juice with water; cool slightly.
  • Briefly dip ladyfingers in syrup and layer in a dish.
  • Spread half mascarpone cream over ladyfingers; top with half macerated strawberries.
  • Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers, cream, and strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Garnish with cocoa powder, white chocolate shavings, or extra strawberries.
