  • 1 loaf French bread or ciabatta

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 34 garlic cloves, finely minced

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley

  • Salt and pepper to tast

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Slice bread lengthwise and place on a lined baking tray, cut sides up.

  • Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  • Spread butter mixture evenly over both halves.

  • Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and melted.
