1 loaf French bread or ciabatta
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
¼ cup grated Parmesan
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to tast
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Slice bread lengthwise and place on a lined baking tray, cut sides up.
Mix butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
