2 cups cooked chicken breast or thigh meat, diced
4 cloves garlic, finely minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 medium flour tortillas
½ cup chopped bell peppers (optional)
½ cup fresh spinach (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil for toasting
Dice cooked chicken into small pieces.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
Add diced chicken, paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
