These Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls are the perfect fusion of creamy pasta and crispy garlic bread. Filled with cheesy Alfredo chicken and baked to golden perfection, they make a crowd-pleasing, satisfying meal.
4 small round bread rolls or boules
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1½ cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 ounces cream cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing bread)
1 clove garlic, minced (for garlic butter)
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off bread rolls and hollow out centers.
Combine melted butter with garlic and brush inside each bread bowl. Bake for 10 minutes.
In a skillet, melt butter and cook garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer to thicken.
Stir in Parmesan, then mix in chicken, mozzarella, and cream cheese (if using). Season with herbs and spices.
Fill bread bowls with chicken Alfredo mixture. Top with extra mozzarella and Parmesan.
Return to oven and bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
