  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese or mayonnaise

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)

  • Oil or butter for cooking

  • Fresh herbs (optional) for garnish

Instructions

  • Sauté garlic in oil or butter until aromatic.

  • In a bowl, mix chicken, cheeses, garlic, cream cheese or mayo, and seasonings.
