20 jumbo pasta shells
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups spinach, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 large egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups marinara sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Cook pasta shells until firm, then drain.
  • Cook spinach in olive oil until soft.
  • Mix ricotta, spinach, cheeses, egg, garlic, and seasoning.
  • Spread sauce in baking dish.
  • Fill shells and arrange in dish.
  • Top with sauce and cheese.
  • Bake at 375°F until bubbling and golden.
