Ingredients
6 cups Rice Chex cereal
1 cup white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Optional: pink sugar sprinkles for garnish
Pinch of salt
Instructions

Place Rice Chex cereal in a large bowl.

Crush freeze-dried strawberries lightly.

Melt white chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

Pour chocolate over cereal and fold gently to coat.

Add crushed strawberries and fold again.

Transfer to a resealable bag, add powdered sugar, seal, and shake until coated.
