Ingredients
6 cups crispy rice cereal
12 ounces white chocolate, chopped or chips
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or coconut oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Optional: mini marshmallows or pink sprinkles for garnish
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt white chocolate and butter/coconut oil in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir in vanilla and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
4. Coat cereal gently with chocolate-strawberry mixture.
5. Add powdered sugar in a bag and shake to coat evenly.
6. Spread on baking sheet to set 10–15 minutes. Add optional marshmallows or sprinkles.
