Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender chunks of steak seared until golden and tossed in a savory garlic butter sauce. Quick to make and full of bold, satisfying flavor.

Ingredients

1.5 lbs ribeye, sirloin, or strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice

Instructions

  • Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  • Add steak in batches, cooking 1–2 minutes per side until browned.

  • Remove steak and let rest.

  • Lower heat, melt butter, and add garlic. Cook 30–45 seconds.

  • Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter.

  • Top with parsley and serve hot.
