Garlic Butter Steak Bites are tender chunks of steak seared until golden and tossed in a savory garlic butter sauce. Quick to make and full of bold, satisfying flavor.
1.5 lbs ribeye, sirloin, or strip steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp unsalted butter
4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice
Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add steak in batches, cooking 1–2 minutes per side until browned.
Remove steak and let rest.
Lower heat, melt butter, and add garlic. Cook 30–45 seconds.
Return steak to pan and toss in garlic butter.
Top with parsley and serve hot.
