This gluten-free garlic pizza bread features a crisp edge, chewy center, and rich garlic flavor topped with melted mozzarella — ideal for sharing, dipping, or snacking.
1 gluten-free pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3–4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Italian herb blend
1½ cups shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)
Salt, to taste
Chopped parsley (optional)
Let dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking tray with parchment.
Roll dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle or oval.
Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in herbs and salt.
Brush oil mixture onto dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
