This gluten-free garlic pizza bread features a crisp edge, chewy center, and rich garlic flavor topped with melted mozzarella — ideal for sharing, dipping, or snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 gluten-free pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

  • 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 34 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp Italian herb blend

  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional)

  • Salt, to taste

  • Chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Let dough rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking tray with parchment.

  • Roll dough into a ½-inch thick rectangle or oval.

  • Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in herbs and salt.

  • Brush oil mixture onto dough. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan.

  • Bake 15–18 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

  • Cool slightly, garnish with parsley, slice, and serve.
