2 cups fresh pineapple, diced into small cubes
1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)
Dice pineapple into uniform cubes.
Thinly slice cucumber and pat dry.
Slice red onion thinly; soak to reduce sharpness if desired.
