Fast and flavorful Teriyaki Chicken Wraps filled with glazed chicken, fresh slaw, and optional creamy or spicy toppings—all wrapped in a soft tortilla.

Ingredients

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp oil
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
1 tbsp mayo or Greek yogurt
1 tsp lime juice
Salt to taste
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
2 green onions, thinly sliced
Optional: avocado, spicy mayo, cucumber, chili flakes

Instructions

  • Slice chicken into strips and season lightly.

  • Heat oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked.

  • Add teriyaki sauce and simmer until thickened and sticky.

  • Warm tortillas until soft.

  • Toss cabbage with mayo/yogurt, lime juice, and salt.

  • Fill each tortilla with chicken, slaw, and desired toppings.

  • Roll tightly and slice if serving right away.

  • Serve warm or wrap for later.
